We live on the East Coast and travel a lot, we could not come to CA easily at the time, so she took care of everything: Communicating with the HOA, managing all the visits and staging, making sure the condo was in conformity with all local and state regulations. I wish I could give Jamie 25 stars, because that is how far she stands apart from every other Real Estate agent I have worked with over the years. I was immediately impressed with how smart, savvy, and professional she was. I kept in touch with her over the years, knowing one day I would want her to sell our home. She was always ready and willing to answer any and all questions I had. She never asked for anything in return, and she never made me feel bad about soliciting advice. Selling a property can be stressful but it adds another layer of difficulty when it's during a freaking pandemic. Luckily we came across Jamie through a mutual friend and she was professional, patient, responsive, and a hard worker. Timing and pricing was everything to sell during a pandemic. I went back and forth on when to list the property due to shelter in place and how the market was reacting but Jamie was very patient with me the whole time. I'm also based in a different city than where my property was and the place needed some remodeling. Jamie was able to orchestrate all the work with the contractor and made sure everything was done in a timely manner. The window to remodel, market, stage and list was very tight but she got it done and provided frequent updates throughout every stage of the process. We listed the place with Jamie's suggested price which we were comfortable with and our property received an offer within 2 days of listing. Jamie also provided great recommendations on 1031 exchange, other realtors in different cities, contractors, and staging companies. Can't go wrong with Jamie! We're so glad and thankful that we chose her as our listing agent.

Jamie Tian was served as our buyers agent for a home we recently purchased in Sherman Oaks. Jamie came highly recommended and did not disappoint. We were looking for homes in a variety of areas around west LA and the south valleys and Jamie helped us narrow down our search and presented us with some great options.
